Whether I try to download 10 posts or 100, it just pops up with with an error code and does nothing.

I paid to upgrade to Pro and it doesn't download anything at all.

There were no additional details included but I was not under the impression that captions or anything else would be included. The images were high quality (consistent with what was on Instagram).

Should have a settings option so you can choose a folder to download the files to, and then an option to create another folder inside of that folder based on your preferences from where you are downloading from. Will not be resubscribing after this first month. I also do not like that it shows no progress indication at all.
